INTERN VISREGLEMENT VANAF 2018

To fish on Zillebeke Pond, a day permit or one of the four different annual licenses is available for sale.

For each annual license, fishing may take place from 1 January to 31 December.

1) An annual license of 40,00 euro can only be fished on whitefish with a maximum of 1 rod. This is from dawn to sunset.

Only 2 kg of feed may be used or if the Zillebeke pond is taken away. The surplus must be taken back and not left in the fishing grounds and should not be left in the water or at the pond. Keep the fishing grounds clean for other fishermen who come after you.

2) With another annual license of 125,00 euro, only fish and fish can be fished with a maximum of 4 fishing rods. This is from monday to wednesday from 2 o'clock before sunrise until 2 o'clock after sunset.

This license also allows daytime and night fishes from Thursday to Sunday morning.

Any form of tents is prohibited from setting up or making use of.

3) If you want to fish for whitefish during the night, fishing with 1 feeder rod with method or feed basket is permitted. This license costs 80.00 euros a year and it is strictly forbidden to fish with boilies larger than 12 mm. Anyone who does not comply with this rule loses his or her annual license without repayment of these funds. If you fish with whitefish during the daytime, you may also fish with 1feeder fishing tackle with a method or feed basket and it is also strictly forbidden to fish with boilies larger than 12 mm.

From Monday to Wednesday we can fish from 2 o'clock before sunrise until 2 o'clock after sunset.

This license also allows daytime and night fishes from Thursday to Sunday morning.

It is forbidden to fish at following fishing spots 32,34,36,38,40,42 as this is reserved for carp fishermen who have designated a reserved fishing spot by the fishing pole holder of Zillebeke pond.

This permit can not be fished specifically on carp, there is a separate carp license.

4) With a separate annual license of 150 euros, only carp can be fished

with maximum 3 rods.

There is a separate carp regulations and a waiting list that is respected for this license, and everyone has to register via email.

Only a maximum of 6 carp fishers can obtain an annual license.

After one year, you have to register again on the waiting list by email.

For carp fishing there is an internal regulations that each carp farmer receives upon receipt of his license and must respect it.

The turnaround rule must be respected at all times.

5) Fishing can be fished with a maximum of 2 fishing rods. The daily license costs 5.00 euro per fishing rod and per day. and it is strictly forbidden to fish with boilies larger than 12 mm.

This can be fished on whitefish during the day from sunrise to sunset but not with bait alive or dead.

No day permits can be purchased anymore after 18.30 to fish for Zillebeke pond. Anyone who finds himself at the water of Zillebeke pond without a license after 18:30 is forbidden to fish anymore. This measure has been implemented to avoid misuse of some fishermen and to avoid discussions. This measure has also been implemented to discourage different fishermen from bypassing regulations.

No fish or fish can be fished on predatory fish. A separate annual license of € 125.00 has to be purchased for this purpose.

There is no specific fishing permit for carp there is also another separate annual license. There is a separate internal carp regulations and a waiting list to carp.

6) Only fished on existing fishing spots. It is strictly prohibited to fish if not fished.

Between 2 places it is forbidden to fish.

7) Everyone has to fish at his fishing spot and can only fish up to 15 m at different angles.

8) All planting must be respected at all times.

9) All waterfowl and their biotope must be respected at all times.

10) The car should be parked on the planned parkings at the pond so horse lovers can also exercise their pond sport and do not bother other road users, hikers and / or cyclists.

11) All trash must be trapped in the trash canisters or taken to be disposed of in the bin.

12) Every fisherman must be solidarity with his neighbor and this is to respect each other.

13) STRONGLY PROHIBITED TO USE A LEEFNET EXCEPTIONAL IN FISHING RACES SIGNED BY THE ZILLEBEEKSE VIJVERFISHERS. A shovel net is obligatory for use in all times, and the fish must be earmarked without eels and should be returned with care. As of 2018, it is REQUIRED to use and use a CAKE MEAT, and this to protect the fish from harm. In case of violation, the annual license is immediately withdrawn and the relevant services are informed.

14) STRONGLY PROHIBITED to fish with cable and / or double hooks

16) All fish should be returned with care in the water immediately after catching back in the water with the exception of eels or pike sizes greater than 60 centimeters or during fishing matches arranged by the Zillebeekse Vijvervissers.
